• He is Trista’s chemistry teacher and gives out a project every year that is in secret using his students to try and make something he’s been trying to make for years … a shape shifting conscious slime 
• When Trista originally makes Rain she hides it from everyone but when Mr. Ramiel starts picking up hints that one of his students actually did the impossible he becomes obsessed with them and eventually reveals the mad scientist villain he is all along
• He is very sly and quick witted and good at being likeable and enjoys manipulating others for his personal gain
