Out of all things an ice elemental could have asked,

I am not sure if borning in brazil is a blessing

or a curse


Neve is a magical anteater.
He has weak ice powers, limited due to the heat of the country he lives in.
Since he is highly racially mixed,
His ice powers at their maximum
would drop the room's current temperature by 4 or 5 degrees.
Which in brazil, mind you,
is the greatest gift one can recieve.
