Design Terms of Use
- credit me whenever possible (at least once) for the design
- you may trade, or gift it, but once traded or gifted, it cannot be resold for money by the new owner. Unless it has commissioned art, in which the price of the art will be the value.
- you cannot resell it for higher than what it was bought for, unless it has commissioned art.
- COMMERCIAL USE: you may not use my art for profit, but you may use the design itself for anything. for example, you cannot use my art to make merch for profit out of it, but you may use the design itself to make merch in your own art.
- not complying with these terms may get you on my black-list, meaning you will not be able to purchase any of my designs in the future.
- you may use the designs you've purchased from me in NSFW comics, art, or whatever. HOWEVER, do not use my art for loli/shota or any content that indicates child-like art in NSFW, that's creepy as hell.
You do not need approval for any major or minor design changes.
