Terms of Service

1. General Usage of Designs

• You are allowed to redesign, provided the original design remains in their gallery (In a tab or watermark as old design). The original image must not be deleted.
• Do not create content involving my designs that promotes hate or immorality.
• My credit must remain intact. If you significantly redesign a character, you may add yourself as a co-designer but must retain my original creator credit.
• Co-owning my designs is allowed, but I am not be responsible for any problems. If co-owning, do not make the character a second profile, it must only have one.
• Do not create copy-paste siblings, twins, clones, children/offspring, etc. Do not make a copy of the design, the following is not allowed:
  • Color changes (Swapping afew colors but keeping similar if not the exact markings or pattern.)
  • Gender swapping
  • Slight pattern or marking alterations
  • It must not look like it could be an alternative form to the original
• ⬆️ If you wish to make one you may message me for permission to do so, the designs must be approved by me before upload. Getting permission from the current owner of the character is not legitimate and will not count.

2. Transfers, Trades, and Resales

• My designs can be sold offsite but the profile must stay onsite, it is not allowed to be deleted. (You may transfer me the profile back so I can store it away or you yourself can put it in a sold folder.)
• You may only resell, trade, transfer my designs for their original purchased price unless additional value has been added (e.g., commissioned artwork, personal artwork, or physical items). The following does not add value:
  • Gift art or Artfight art
  • Free/unpaid YCH's
  • Base made artwork/ Base fills
• You must keep the character for up to 3 weeks before you can transfer it again. (Unless you are gifting it or moving it to an alt acc.)
• My designs cannot be transferred to individuals on my blacklist. Doing so will result in being added to the blacklist, even if done unintentionally.

3. Content Restrictions

• NSFW content involving my designs is allowed only under the following conditions:
  • All NSFW content must be tagged appropriately and hidden from minors.
  • Depictions of explicit nudity must not involve minors, minor-coded characters, chibi characters, feral characters, or any form of non-consensual, fetish, or extreme content.
