Profile
Today you will answer for your sins. Not to God, but the man sitting across from you.
His name is Tanaka Ryoichi, but you simply know him as Eudora. There is not a wrinkle on his suit- his hair is perfectly gelled and his face stoic like an unetched stone tablet.
The stainless steel door slams shut. You hear footsteps scurry into obscurity, and finally, your modern confession booth has been set up to completion. Eudora leans in every so slightly, both hands on the table empty as a sign of vulnerability; openness. His voice is smooth and quiet, like a fine scotch.
“Shall we get to know each other?”
Maybe a harsh, but ultimately fair leader. Eudora is not the type to keep acquaintances, so people who will claim to be ‘friends’ with him, are actually just coworkers. He makes a point to always look perfectly groomed and in control of situations and because of it inspires a great amount of admiration from his peers, even becoming someone that others want praise and acknowledgement from. But he is cold and hard-boiled, perhaps like a stereotypical office superior. Since he genuinely has little interest in the affairs of others, he does not make use of small talk or engage in conversations with others unless it is related to work. This kind of behaviour may make others look lonely or out of place, but Eudora suits it just fine; instead making him seem executive.
Eudora manages to maintain few surface level relationships. They challenge him, however. He makes the initiative only to those he sees as beneficial to be seen around; intelligent and attractive, preferably wealthy with high standing. He approaches these people after doing extensive research on them, to subtly change his personality to one that best suits them. To them, he is tasteful, dependable and even charismatic- but on the other end he finds himself extremely bored during conversations, as much as his acting would otherwise imply; once they irritate him or run their course, he has no issue deserting them. To the very few he is truly connected with, he lets his selfish and apathetic nature show without hesitation.
At his core, Eudora is a deeply disturbed and poorly-adjusted man. An ability to hide or mask his psychopathic symptoms as a child meant he had missed the chance for treatment or therapy at every stage of development, resorting to self-medication and sheer restraint. The lives of others hold little value to him; in his spare time he looks at large catalogues of people to imagine ‘taking them away’. He leans into his intrusive thoughts as though they are perfectly normal trains of thinking. He is perfectly happy with the way he is, eager to indulge in whatever sadistic desires he conjures; be it emotional, physical or sexual. As he is yet to be caught or confronted, he holds an extreme level of confidence and smugness.

- born into an unremarkable, traditional family,
- ryoichi studies hard, excells at school and sports,
- his hobbies include swimming, reading- maybe occasionally wearing his mother's shoes,
- and watching people's lives fall apart.
If there is one thing Ryoichi’s family taught him; it was restraint. It ran through the Tanaka family like gasoline in insulated tubes, sliding right by the fire but unable to set ablaze no matter what instinct told them.
He sees it at his family table every morning, while he eats toast with his head down obediently. When he stared through his pristine window, wiped ruthlessly clean by his mother every day; he could see her talking on the phone, carrying an emotion that reminded him of a nervous machine. She was a mousy woman, who might have been beautiful in her youth, but had sooner turned demure and grey after marriage and childbirth. He did not hold any disdain for her, feeling a sort of distant emotion, if not pity. Perhaps within him, an even further away fear of turning into her.
While growing up, Ryoichi felt little connection to his father. In his childhood; in the twelve years of knowing his father, Ryoichi understood few things about him. That he held a job at a company, that he was as tall as he was emotional, and that he could see the hairs on the back of his mother’s neck stand when he came home. The foggy image remained that way well into Ryoichi’s adulthood, for whenever he tried to ask his mother, she only turned him away.
What purpose did a boy have to know of his father’s business? But he soon realised what she had really meant was that she did not know either, and they were stranded in the dark together. It brought them closer, closer being no nearer than shoulder length apart. If he asked her about her day, she would ask about him. If he were to offer to help with chores, she instead would begin vacuuming floors; and it was with this basis of reactionary routine that mother and son would live.

- his hair is slightly mussed, like it was done three hours ago.
- the main colour he wears is purple and black.
- outside of work, he has a wide variety of glasses styles.
- has a very typical japanese men's style of dress.
- yes that is bdsm police wear
Eudora has a clean, somewhat soft masculine appeal, disguised by sharp attire and intense facial experessions; he exclusively wears expensive business attire as he dreads appearing messy or casual. He also has an affinity for leather and latex, and will wear at least a small article of either in his ensemble.
