Design Terms of Use

GENERAL ✦ Credit me as the original artist and character designer. ✦ Do not claim my work as your work. ✦ You can only regift or retrade him. Do not sell him.

GENERAL

A. Client

✦ I will transfer the character ownership to your Toyhouse profile. Proper credit for being the original artist and character designer is encouraged.

✦ You may not claim my work as their work.

✦ You may use the character design for personal use such as: avatars/phone/computer wallpapers/website/profile displays.

✦You can regift, retrade, and resell the design with the prior general agreements mentioned above.

B. Artist

✦ I reserve the right to decline an offer for any reason.

PAYMENTS

✦ It is usually expected that you pay in full before I transfer ownership to you.

REFUNDS

✦ Purposefully issuing a chargeback to refund/scam me will result in immediate blacklisting.

COMMUNICATION

✦ Comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive will result in blacklisting.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

✦ If the client wants to get a commissioned work for commercial use, it is to be agreed upon upfront.

✦ The minimum price increase for commercial rights is 75%.
