KJ was created to be pretty power antivirus, That wasn't sentient till quite recently, others thought they wouldn't be good at their job because of this.. but that couldn't be further from the truth.
In general, killjoy is a quite snarky individual with a sweet side to people, they enjoy being around. They are extremely loyal, sometimes even clouded by their dedicated to their protectee, to anyone that seems shady. If you are a virus and have a misfortune of actually 'meetin' Killjoy, the description above just may have been a completely different person, They are very..vey strict and passive aggressive to any malware that they encounter.
STORY
Since the day of their awakening, they haven't really like to deal with small/barely harmful malware..they are simple tooo easy to get rid of! So they been appointed to go in on the worst cases and that's when they met Asha. Their 3rd patient and probably the hardest one to recover.
Currently now Asha is their constant protectee. Since Asha is very acceptable to Malware and everything of that sort, Kj is very strict to him to keep him safe when they are out. They both also live together and started to feel some feelings towards eachother...hehe
When Killjoy was first created, it was supposed be only used as a quick solution for small infections, an easy chip that an infected victim could use to get recovered quickly.What caused KJ to gain sentience you may ask? Well on a mission, an infected individual underestimated the viruses power so it was way stronger then it was putting on at first. SO WHEN KJ went to destroy the virus, it had whiplash from how powerful it was so basically KJ went rouge so it could kill the virus and causes them to gain sentience
