Named after the Italian Renaissance Artist but the name also means victory which seems very fitting
Turtle mutant/ Yokai hybrid

Timeline not exact [i.e events can fall within cannon and beyond it]
Same age as Raph, they're 'twins'

Rarely seen without his mask or accessories, it's something rather private to him.
Fun Fact; his horns are made of the same substance as his shell, so it does shed like the scutes do

Note:
-Can be drawn with normal turtle fingers [like the show] or thinner more clawed fingers
-Doesn't need to be drawn with his mask on but it is preferred
