I do not accept trades or art instead of money unless otherwise stated in the character info! (Or unless you have a dainty you'd like to trade for my designs, love me some sock deer.)

Unless you can give me a SPECIFIC date when you'll be able to send payment, I only do holds or wait for payment for 48 hours! If payment is not sent by the end of the 48 hours, the adopt will go back up for claiming.

Adopts are sold for PERSONAL USE only. If you want to use my designs commercially (i.e. for projects you will be making money from) I will require a $100 fee.

Do not resell the design for more than you bought it for. Exceptions can be made if you created or bought art of the character. Trades and gifting are allowed.

Do NOT use my designs for any sort of hate art or discrimination.

Do NOT use my designs or art in ANY sort of NFT. Even with commercial use, I do not grant permission to use my work in your little Earth destroying pyramid scheme.

If you purchased a CS design, do not remove the design from the species without my permission!

You can, however, edit and submit my designs into CS groups if you'd like.

Do NOT feed my art or art of my character designs into AI image generators. Yes, this includes art of my designs made by others. I am not comfortable with ANY of my work being used to train a replacement for my job security.
