Hook is the kind to be a bit clueless about what's going on around him, even a bit dense at times, but polite. He's kinda graceful as well, never moves suddenly. He also gets embarassed rather quickly.

Even though he has troubles expressing himself, he's very supportive and excited. He fidgets a lot and would like to hang out, have fun, play games, even if he doesn't dare to ask oten, he tries hard ! He can feel lonely at time though or sad with himself when he missed an oppotunity because of his timidity.

Hook ain't a complicated person, he likes to bond over subjects that interest him, -they are the only things that makes him very talkative !- and to share a good meal. Quality time with a few people is the best for him. He doesn't like anything too complicated, home-made is his favorite style.
POWERS
Hook has inherited from his mother who was a mermaid, an enchanting voice. Besides making him sing well, it can soothe pain, make people drowsy/sleep, or cast slight illusions spells. Nothing too powerful, though.
He's got a slight water manipulation power from his father. Mostly can create droplets, mist or tiny waves. Once again, nothing too powerful.

Story
He has good parents, and two little sisters. Maybe his mother smoldered him a bit too much, creating his shyness since he never really strayed away from home for too long. He tends to get lonely as well away from his family also for this reason, he never really lived alone.
