A nice but naive and sheltered Petilil. Lulabelle comes from a rich family with adoptive ice type parents (a Mr.Rime* and an Alolan Ninetales). She hatched from an ancient egg that was encased in ice for a very long, long time before being discovered by her now adoptive parents. Takes less damage from ice type moves than other grass types but still hits super effective. A bit of a romance.
