Rest, and all will be well.

In the depths of the darkness, there is only one Pokemon known to be even stronger in dreams than Dormi. While Dormi herself is a Nightmare Eater, she is only a part of the power Phantasos holds. Nightmare Eaters are chosen Pokemon who can walk in other Mons' dreams and "eat" the nightmares of that Pokemon, giving them more peaceful sleep at no expense. The source of these Nightmare Eaters stems from Phantasos, the God of Slumber.

They are the Pokemon that benefits the most from Nightmare Eaters' work, as when they eat nightmares, the energy gets absorbed into Phantasos, causing them to gain more power. For those who are able to see Phantasos will notice if they are high or low nightmare energy based on their coloration. If they have not been able to get their fill of nightmare energy, they will be dark with fiery red eyes. But if they have absorbed enough to keep them sustained, their glowing eyes will turn blue, and their body will shine with the colors of the rainbow.
