Bleeding comes from something called the Deity's Disease. Various wounds appear on the host and will begin to bleed endlessly. Although the blood clearly belongs to the host, it is not truly their blood. As it flows, they do not bleed out. Phantom pains can be a problem and there is no known cure. Normally, the areas afflicted will stop working or become numb. Deity's Disease is obtained by becoming injured on holy ground. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.
