My beloved comfort character. My favorite character of all time. I love him a lot <3

NOTE: he may be referred to interchangeably as Observer and September. This guy is a reference, but I also like to draw him as the character from the media he comes from. These headcanons refer to his reference character, whom I call Observer.

Genetic Makeup and Traits:
• 40% NightWing:
• Futuresight, Mindreading, bacterial saliva, starry wings/teardrop scale, night vision, stealth
• 15% SeaWing:
• Semi-aquatic, powerful tail, strong lungs, powerful tail, wings, and limbs, streamlined build, borderline invisible bioluminescence for communication
• 10% SkyWing:
• Powerful wings, hot fire, lean build

• Serrated claws, sharp spines and tail spikes, modified and refined animus capabilities (teleportation, time travel), cold resistance, light resistance

General Abilities/Traits:
• Very strong foresight and precision. Can catch bullets, predict the actions of his opponents, and dodge offensive strikes.
• Able to read minds and sense emotion and pulsing of neurons. His ability to establish himself in the consciousness of others is so powerful, that he can use it to cause severe psychological harm and physical symptoms, but he avoids this.
• Can teleport, and travel throughout time. He perceives time as non-linear, so when he teleports, he can only teleport to places he hasn't been to yet in most cases.
• Breathes methanol fire, which is invisible in most lighting. Fire glows with a hint of dull blue and slight yellow in the dark.
• Doesn't age, has personally witnessed thousands of years of history before and after The Scorching.
• Cannot taste anything except for very sour/spicy/salty things.

Headcanons:
• Intersex, Gay, Asexual
• He/him
• Displays lots of primitive reptilian behavior, namely his lack of emotion, tendency to flick his tongue frequently, stand on his back legs, and hunt by infecting his prey. Akin mainly to a monitor lizard.
• Considers Peter his son and contemplated going rogue and taking him with him to raise as his own alongside Michael, upon seeing his troubling future.
• SeaWing blood makes him coldblooded/ectothermic, spends lots of time in the sun, or other warm areas.
• Flicks his tail like a rattlesnake and hisses when alarmed.
• Can feel very subtle emotion when influenced by alcohol, morphine, or the abilities of his son.
• Strongly loves all 11 of his colleagues like family and will avoid hurting them or letting them get hurt at all costs.
• He spends a lot of his available time underwater, and prefers submerging himself to observe due to his prominent SeaWing blood.
• Donald is present in his brain, and he is semi-aware of his presence. He is less of a separate entity and more of a voice of reason that deters him from doing cruel things via inflicting subtle urges. Hence, September has taken on a more placid, merciful stance.
• He does not dream about regular things, instead visualizing himself in bleak surroundings, and continues to think about future missions.
