Carnival squash bby <3
Carnival is an 11-year-old (27 human years) Sceptre who studied a few years in archaeology, and works around the Upper and Central Rows for the queen. He has uncovered many ancient caves, including a never-before-seen animated statue Sceptre. He is absolutely fascinated by her, and is very sweet and friendly towards her and all other dragons. He didn't grow up in the Central Row, so he isn't as snooty as the rest of the dragons, and only moved there for his work.
I'll add more lore for him as I think of it, but for now, he's a sweet, cozy fella <3
