Basics
Naru is one of four children born in the Yamasaki family, being the youngest out of the siblings. They're a family that lives within the town of Yoria, and make a living as blacksmiths. A skill and job that has been in their family for many generations. So far though, Naru has very little interest in the family business.
Naru is a boisterous, proud and stubborn person. Usually Naru doesn't mean to come off so strong, and never means any ill will. But the way he carries himself tends to rub people the wrong way. It's probably a lack of self awareness on his part. He enjoys looking good, and is very much into fashion. He tends to go out and buy new clothes with the money he makes working the family business. Overall Naru is a young boy, that is really starting to learn and develop in this world.
Naru has hair that goes just below his shoulders, that is done in a half up half down style. He never shys away from things like nail polish, eyeliners, earrings etc. He's quite small and petite for his age, wearing shoes that give him a boost in height. He is right handed.

PERSONAL SKILL
Naru is very comfortable with most weapons, seeing how he deals with them on the daily. He tends to favor the nagimaki. When it comes to actual battle though, he has no experience, so his skills there could use work. While he's a fast thinker, his body needs time to catch up with his head.

About
Naru is born in the Yamasaki family, a well known blacksmith clan in Yoria. He has three older siblings, Takane, Taishou, and Chika. While this has been a long running tradition and skill passed down in their family, Naru has no desire to become a blacksmith. The way he sees it, he's got three older siblings that are already doing great at it! So thus, he should be able to do whatever, right? His goal for once he's older is to join a guild, maybe! Guilds are highly regarded in their world, after all. You get to be a hero, and be cool while doing it. It's quite the perfect job, in his eyes.
His school life is the same old, same old. Much to his displeasure. It's probably why he sets his eyes on Devi, the new student in their classroom. Finally, something different! He enjoys riling the boy up, and tends to follow him around.

Naru, along with Devi and William, find themselves agreeing to climb the mountain to chase after the Noble Arcane. On the way down from the mountain, Naru takes a blow for Devi, a deep and fatal wound. He survives a few days before succumbing. While he won't remember this in other timelines, this is something he'll take with him subconsciously.

Takane Yamasaki
[ big sister ]
The oldest sibling in the Yamasaki family. (Even if only by a few minutes!) Naru tends to annoy his sister non stop. Not that he's picking on her directly. But rather, because he's always acting out. Thus Takane being the oldest, is always having to watch after him when Naru is being 'too much'. He loves his sister though, even if he doesn't act it. Out of his siblings, he's probably most like Takane. Nether of them very good at showing how they really feel.
Taishou Yamasaki [ big brother ]
The second oldest sibling in the Yamasaki family. Taishou is the sibling that seems to be least bothered by Naru's outlandish personality. When Naru is being a bit much, Taishou is good at dishing it back at Naru, something he's not used to. His brother is one of the few that can get the boy to be flustered or embarrassed. Despite this, he loves his brother. He also loves going to his brother for his skin care products and the like. Seeing how they both enjoy taking care of their looks.
Chika Yamasaki [ big sister ]
The third oldest sibling in the Yamasaki family. Naru doesn't really have much of an opinion on Chika. Despite the two being very close in age, they never really interact much. This isn't something that Naru loses sleep over though. They get along fine enough. (Naru also isn't aware that his sister likes Devi, ah, whoops. It's not on purpose, anyways!)
Devian 'Devi' Novlyn
[ friend, crush (?) ]
The newest person to join their school. There hasn't been a new face in the classroom in many years, so when Devi joined; it was all the buzz. Naru was excited for something new to happen in their classroom. So whether he noticed or not, Naru somehow found himself attached to Devi. He enjoys riling him up and picking on him, much in a way you would see a child pick on their crush. Naru means no ill will by this though, and genuinely sees the boy as a friend. Now if Naru knows he has a crush, no one can really quite tell...
