Sebastian Palmer

Sebastian is a betta fish wears a greaser jacket and runs a "gang", but really doesn't cause any harm. His bark is much bigger than his bite, and can only bring himself to be an annoyance to others.
Sebastian ran into trouble one day after deciding to help out a mysterious robot in finding his creator. An actual gang, ran by a banana slug named Etana, is after the robot. So, Sebastian decided to get help from his friend Trisha to fix up his car and get out of the town. (Despite him acting like a greaser, he knows nothing about fixing up cars.)
