Nugget's older brother. He’s snarky, chill and pretty nice. He likes to have fun and do his own thing but takes responsibility when needed. His goal in life is to annoy Nugget and kiss boys.
He owns a workshop he uses to sell legally modified weapons in his garage he warmly calls “Manta Ray's Smithshop”. He's very nice to every client and has lots of friends, but very few close ones. He can read people pretty well and is usually seen as the poster child of the Navarro family. But don't be fooled, he is still as chaotic and annoying as his brother lol.

Honestly, she's soo good that she'd probably shoot us to X rank alone if she just took mine or Pier's position, but I understand why she's hesitant... just a little disappointing is all.
Wow... a guy that's even handsomer than me!? I love him! Probably the most talented out all of us.
