Venus (aka Vance)

Venus was born in a noble family. She never had siblings, and her mother quickly died of illness when Venus was a few years old. She was brought up by her father, nanny and governess. When she was 10 years old, her power woke up, fortunately it happened when she was alone in the garden. She hid it for a long time, because in her world, women who wield magic are most often closed and isolated from the rest of society or they are carried out with a process of purification from power. Venus did not want such a fate, but she also knew that she could not hide herself forever, and not training her skills meant sooner or later the loss of control. In the end, she revealed her secret to her father who, instead of handing her over to the law, decided to keep the secret. So when Venus was 14, she escaped, of course with the consent of her father, out of the house and accepting another identity, an orphan boy named Vance, joined the Academy, where the magic of future magicians was taught. While studying, she did not have an easy life, hiding her gender meant that she had to avoid other students, but she did not give up. With time, she became the subject of the mockery of older students, because her low rise like "boy" was striking. Finally, the day before the summer break, other students tried to get her and get rid of her, but Vence [Venus] escaped. She lost them only in a nearby forest, which was considered an old and haunted forest. There, she met Kaysa, her future friend and teacher. She spent most of her holidays with her. Even when she returned to the Academy after the holidays, she continued to visit her friend. One day, their training was interrupted by the appearance of Luim [Eternally Wandering]. After a short fight between Luim and Kaysa, they got along with each other, and Venus joined Luim, knowing that only helping her would eventually change the world. That it would turn it into a place where women-sorceresses will not have to hide from others.
