Milly is intelligent and witty, holding knowledge on the various locations of the Luminant's political affairs and it's workings. As head of Crescent Moon's divisions of Inclandestine faction. Although noble birth, she acts different from most nobles. Although relatively calm and mature when a situation calls for it, Milly can be rather laid back and playful often teasing those of the guild. Although it may be unrelated to her race, she is an incredibly fast as a supporting character of the Crescent moon she is rather renowned for her speed on ground although not on par with Law's impressive climbing skills.
She prefers hand to hand combat, can often sport the claw from time to time. Made custom by Vincent. She is able to move at speeds that creates such a sudden burst of speed that it leaves a tangible after-image behind. Though she has taught these skills to others, no one has ever matched her speed. A lot of her skills are rather fast and not so flashy, as she can be able to specialise herself in assassinations.
