A really old Character (with art dating back over four years old to boot)
Osmund is a VIN a Villian's Interning Nobody who wants to becoem more then just another red shirted mook someday. He's teamed up with Hans and another VIN called Qui. They call themselved NYM (Not Your Mooks) and while they try to be evil they tend to fail at even the most rudimentory tasks.
The group was so bad that they all hold part time jobs around the city. Osmund works at Chicker Flicker, a Vegen Resturant that serves things with an animal and plant friendly atmosphere. Due to the fact that Osmund is the only one of the group who even bothers keeping a everyday apperance to his Super villian apperance most don't reconize him. He usually find this annoying because when people do reconize him it's mostly the perverts wanting a date with his more feminine Villian form.
FUN FACT: His villian nickname from the public is The Empress.
