Regarding my character design/ custom/ adoptables

1. All characters are for personal use only unless you buy the commercial right. Can be requested after you adopt my design; there will be an extra fee for the commercial right.
2. Resells should not be higher than what you paid for; Characters adopted from raffles/gift cannot be resold. unless you added some art, both commissioned or personal art counts. For personal art must be a minimum colored sketch to count (this includes shaded manga style/ monochromatic art)
3. Feel free to change some minor stuff of my designs but keep it recognizable.
4. Do not trace/copy/steal any of my designs. 
5. Please credit me as the designer if you share my design anywhere else. 
6. DO NOT DELETE CHARACTER PROFILE! If you want to make your character private, please authorize me to be able to see them. This is so I can make sure you're respecting my TOS. Deleting a character means you're revoking you ownership and I'll block you, if you don't want the character no matter what you can always give/trade it back to me.
7. Holds are available, make sure you can pay when you hold my design. Backing out will result in a blacklist.
8. DO NOT make up a character's worth if you got it through ingame currency, codes or giftcards, nitros etc, please state the worth as it is and not make up your own worth as this would feel scammy from my side esp if I don't get THAT much during the initial transfer. 
9. My cooldown is 3 months for CS adopts and 6 months for one-offs. Trade or resale during that time is prohibited unless there's a medical emergency or there's other urgency [must provide proof]. This rule only applies if you receive the design via trade and no money involved. You are free to resell or trade should you paid for the design. 
10. You can always void my CS designs to become regular OC, can ask me to remove their traits if needed, keep in mind the cooldown will become 6 months for regular OCs
11. Feel free to design a CS alt version of my one offs. This does NOT shorten their cool down as they're originally a one off OC [and you must keep their original design in the OC's profile]
12. Feel free to draw/ write the character as you wish. 
13. Do not give/sell my designs to anyone in my blacklist [listed below]

Regarding my art/ illustration services

1. My art is for personal use only, unless stated otherwise upon commissioning me. 
2. Art received through trade or gift has $0 value.
3. Do not use my art for AI learning or NFT.
4. You may use my art as reference for practice but do not trace or heavily reference it for your own commission or zine work. 
5. Please don’t edit my art in any way shape or form.
6. Payment for commissioned art should be made after I completed the sketch + got approval from you. If the commission goes above $50 we can discuss payment plan.
7. Strictly no refund for my art commission.

Regarding payment

1. All payment can be made via ko-fi or paypal (for goods and services, I don’t recommend fnf and this is for buyer protection.) 
2. Sometimes I offer other payment options (codashop, nitro, or species currency) 
3. Holds no more than 7 days unless I trust you. If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from completing the payment, please reach out to me and make sure to let me know what is going on. Failing to communicate properly will result in an blacklist.
4. If there’s a chargeback, I will take the design/character back. 

Failing to abide by this rules will result in a blacklist + auto block. I will really appreciate it if you don't sell/trade/gift my design to anyone in the list above. TYSM!
