Currant

Acaisplash's half-sister, ejected from their clan and disowned by their family after discovering the truth about her parentage (ie her father). Their clan follows an empirical layout and is positioned in the carribean.

Currantkit was born to Consort Sisalblaze, her second litter that was supposed to be sired by Emperor Dusktide. However, as Currantkit aged she began to bear a striking resemblance to one of Dusktide's scholars, a tom named Spottedmane. It became evident that Consort Sisalblaze hadn't remained true to the Emperor, and Currantpaw had been the outcome.

Adolescent Currantpaw quickly found herself disowned and falling into a life to chaos as Consort Sisalblaze desperately attempted to regain the Emperor's favor. She was demoted to the rank of commoner rather than royal, expected to be nothing more than a mere gatherer. She was mocked by fellow commoners and sneered at for her mother's dishonesty. As her title of royalty had since been compromised, Currantpaw wasn't even good enough to use as betrothal fodder. 

It was only her half-sister Acaisplash, the full daughter of Consort Sisalblaze and Emperor Dusktide who took pity upon her. Yet...Currantpaw had grown sour. She was a stain to the Emperor's good name and therefore the laughing stock of his Empire. She became reckless, impulsive, and outright bitter. Without thinking, she turned her back on the Empire to strike up her life as a traveler, no matter the risks involved.
