Notes:

Due to some sort of unknown cause, the right half of their face cannot be covered in powder, and will not accept any grafts. They’ve decided to just leave it be, and style their hair to cover the damage. Self conscious. 

Due to the damage, they aren’t allowed to patrol at night or while it’s dark, and is required to always have a capable partner with them when patrolling.
