Tonkotsu🍥

Tonkotsu, or Kotsu for short, is a sassy manta who adores cooking and the art of culinary. They will always find an excuse to cook for you and then once you've accepted their invite of a meal from them they'll ask you to describe every little detail about the dish. Although cooking takes up a majority of their time its not all there is about them, they always seem to have some sort of witty remark to smack you with out of the blue. They dont usually start a conversation but once you get them talking you'd be lucky if you're ever able to get them to stop talking. Luckily for Kotsu though their friends enjoy their chattiness and find it sweet that they adore their job and that the littlest of things seem to brighten up their day, like a customer complimenting their food or a picky kid preferring their food over their own mothers.
