Quirk: Electric Speed
This user can absorb electricity and turn it into running speed! He can either run or dash, with dash being the quickest, though drains all electricity absorbed. Running is a bit slower but depletes over time. Either way, he is fast.

- Energetic, confident and very team oriented, he is almost always in a good mood and ready for a run. He has a lot of energy constantly- whether it's quirk thing or not he isn't sure- and is almost always doing something or moving
- Despite his confident exterior, he doesn't feel as confident on the inside
- Sitting still for too long makes him feel very... cooped up. Like he might explode in a flurry of electricity
- When excited he will talk very fast and flap his hands
- After his quirk manifested he has been caught more than a few times sticking a fork in the electrical outlet. It doesn't hurt him at all.
- Paces a lot
- Almost always seen wearing the scarf. No one is quite sure why; a few speculate he's truing to hide something
- Goes on long jogs and runs in his freetime
