You may:

• Trade/gift the design
• Co-own the design
• Use the character for commercial purposes (projects, merch. As long as the artists behind the artwork are ok with it)
• Make any designs changes.
• Resell for the amount you paid for + the value of their extra art

You may not:

• Sell the base design for more than originally bought (I will know if you did it, believe me)
• List them with fake prices
• Make a similar design/redesign the oc as a new one and sell the old design
• remove them from toyhouse. Doing so will result in their ownership going back to me.

• If you didn't mean to we'll resolve things peacefully, everyone makes mistakes please don't be afraid to contact me if you think you broke one of my rules!
• If you're doing it on purpose I'll block you and you'll be blacklisted from my designs. I avoid doing this as much as possible and not all blocks are definitive so if you really didn't mean to/stopped doing it you'll be unblocked.
• IF YOU'RE BACKLISTED AND GET ONE OF MY DESIGNS I WILL REVOKE THE DESIGN. IT IS IN MY T.O.S LIKE IT OR NOT. BY GETTING ONE OF MY DESIGNS YOU AGREE WITH MY T.O.S THEREFORE AGREE WITH ME REVOKING DESIGNS.

PLEASE DON'T TRADE/SELL MY DESIGNS TO THE PEOPLE ON THIS LIST. 

PEOPLE IN MY BLACKLIST CANNOT RESELL/RETRADE A DESIGN MADE BY ME. Gifting for FREE is ok as long as it isn't to anyone on my blacklist. If you got one of said designs let me know so I can change their permissions.
