𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: Akio Suijin

𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐬: Mask boy.

𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A boy hiding in Japan, he has no known occupation. However they are a known missing person in England and Wales.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: 

The real person behind Masking’s mask, Akio Suijin, is a bit more of a complicated and honestly a bit of a tragic case. Having struggled with Alexithymia, this usually left Akio alone from people as they failed to understand how people felt, nor did they understand how they felt. This lead to them often feeling like they were broken in some way, and feeling as if they had nowhere that they belonged to. Instead, they usually stayed inside by the self and simply sewed. It allowed them to at least do something with their tome. 

Akio struggled with firming connections with a lot of people, the two,friends they ended up making both moving away, along with their uncle passing when they were eleven, they became desperate to find a place that accepted them for who they were. This left them vulnerable, especially to cults who promised a community to them. They almost fell to what remained of their uncle’s cult, unaware of what it was at the time. After finding out about what their uncle did, they didn’t take the news well and ended up running away and somehow ended up in the middle of Japan. Finding a group of people that they were welcomed into, they fell to yet another one known as the Kingdom of Divinity. They stayed in this one for over a year until something clicked in their mind and they felt that they had to run. 

Akio is very distrusting of people. If they see something that looks like you in one of their severe nightmares that they deal with daily due to the amount of stress and anxiety they deal with due to hiding from the cult they ran from, they will hide from you and will not talk to you. They prefer to be alone in the dark, simply sewing as they feel safest in solitude. The town they ended up hiding in knows them as a mysterious figure who only appears to deliver the clothing they make. They prude the Alf of their independence, having made their own clothing from scratch and learned how to cook. 

Akio lives in constant fear for their safety, known to refuse to walk on their own in fear of being hurt. They’re a paranoid fellow, not helped by the fact they have a nocturnal sleep schedule. Even though they easily get sick and do not have the best record when it comes to health, they are too stubborn to let people help as they fear that they’ll get hurt. Even with the barriers they put up, they’re still just as vulnerable as they were years prior. They’re stick in a loop of being scared for their safety and trusting the wrong folks, and they’re too afraid to turn to,police to report the cult as they fear they’ll be in just as much trouble.

-Masking is actually a boy named Akio Suijin. He is unaware that they are a missing person back in the UK, having fled to Japan after fearing they’d get in trouble for accidentally joining a cult. 

-Though it’s not totally a secret, Akio is a transgender man. They don’t really talk about it much. They just don’t feel like it’s relevant. 

-Akio escaped from a cult that they had fallen into after being preyed upon due to their vulnerability and inability to tell if someone is being genuine or not to them. They are paranoid about anyone and knowing and is fearing for their life as they know that there are people searching for them. This fear is the origin of the Masking alias. 

-Akio listens to Vocaloid music. They feel embarrassed admitting it.
