Design Terms of Use
GENERAL DESIGN TOS:
- MY DESIGNS ARE OK FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Do what you want with 'em, just make sure to keep my credit as designer.
- Do not do anything illegal/immoral/gross with my designs. (See this for a generalized list of what NOT to do with my designs: https://dni-criteria.carrd.co)
- I don't care what you do with my designs otherwise! I like to see what people do with 'em! (Redesigns included!)
- Related to the above, if you find yourself losing connection to your design, I'm more than willing to take them back - just shoot me a PM!
- If I end up blocking at any point, I will not revoke the design. You got them fair and square.
GENERAL ADOPT TOS:
- I take PayPal/Ko-Fi only.
- Once you've sent payment, I will create a profile for the design to transfer to you.
- If you are in contact with someone who is knowingly blocked by me (or you ARE blocked, block evading or whatnot), and are attempting to get one of my designs from them, I will *not* be accepting your offer. I will not revoke previous designs, but you will no longer be able to receive new designs from me.
- Gender, sexuality, & species are all up to the one who claims one of my designs; however, I personally will not tolerate whitewashing or skinnywashing of them. While I cannot stop you from this, you may be put on a private blacklist.
