DESIGN TOS
This TOS applies to @devibit designs!
Information
- This applies to ALL of my designs - Commissions, adoptable sales, auctions, trades, from other people reselling designs.
- I work on a strike system. If you break my rules 3 times you will be privately blacklisted. Unless it is an extreme offense such as a chargeback, which is an immediate public blacklisting.
- I take payment through Paypal invoices or Cashapp exclusively.
- Usage of my original designs, and artwork in cryptocurrency/nft projects and AI/AI training are Strictly prohibited. Anyone found using my content for this purpose will have the design revoked with no repayment.
- Once full payment is received complete ownership of the design is yours. I keep all rights to my artwork, you may not use my artwork in commercial projects unless commercial fee is paid :D (commercial fee for the design is 3x what you bought them for)
- This includes commercial rights to the design, but I require credit. (This includes selling merch of the design, fursuit of the design, etc. Credit is REQUIRED)
- You may alter the design as much as you want EXCEPT FOR WHITEWASHING. But you may NOT edit my original artwork without my prior approval.
- All sales are final. I do not do refunds on designs. If you no longer want the design you may resell or trade it.
- I only do payment plans for designs totalling over 300USD. I require a 50% down payment on holds.
- I reserve the right to use my original artwork as advertising in my portfolio.
- I will not help you settle any ownership dispute, once it has left my hands it is up to you.
- Traded designs may only be traded. (you may not sell a design you got in a trade. Until there is additional art.)
- You may NOT sell a design higher than the price you purchased it for UNLESS there is extra art attached.
- If you receive a design of mine for FREE, you may not sell or trade the design unless it has extra art. You are however, allowed to regift the design.
