Keila's little brother and a rookie angel warrior. Just like his big sister, Kel also uses a little cloud to see how the world of living is doing. He wields a staff which he uses in combat against demons and any evil he encounters, but he isn't very experienced, thus needing more training, if he wants to be as good a warrior as Keila and other angels from the Teriuv Nation.
