Donna is a yellow demon with a dark red tail and horns. She always has a forced almost plastic looking smile on her face, even when talking. Her eyes also kept wide and eyelashes to high heaven.

She is just kind of a creep who's always around. Belladonna, or just Donna's bright red suit and lemon looking skin is always around the corner for some reason. Along with that grin. All the public knows is that shes hot as shit and oh wow why is she carrying a gun

Donna is insane, like seriously, she out for you. Her whole deal is murder murder look pretty. If she weren't indentured to the mafia Donna would be on a rampage in hell for no particualr reason. Overall she also just has a tendancy to be exreemly unsettling, her uncanny smile mixed with her peppy way of saying the most grusome shit. Think Patrick Bateman mixed with Elle Woods.
history
When Donna was alive she was a runway model. Her personality relativly the same and uncanny however she pulled a Patrick Bateman with a mask of sanity and kept it up until New York fashion week 1995. Then she wanted the spotlight and may or may not have snapped on every other model backstage. Then died by lethal injection and soon after started working in hell with the mafia.
