Billionaire's Son [CLOSED]

When I originally came up with the concept for this character, he was supposed to be an affable villain. His design was going to be a much older man in a clean suit with a pet kitty he would pet evilly. It was like those guys in cartoons that sit on their asses all day thinking about how they want to take down the villain but don't do anything and instead make their henchmen do all the work LOL. Welp, once I drew the concept art for the character and this guy popped out I was like "Yeah, I gotta stick with the design I like it too much." 

OPTIONAL STORY AND FLAVOR

• As the title says, this guy is the child of a billionaire. His daily life consists of him waking up, getting cleaned up by his maids, blogging on TikTok about how he just woke up like this, and going to his parent's company to call everyone lazy. This guy looks at stray dogs on the streets and gets angry about them not having jobs and mooching off of charity. Essentially, this guy is extremely out of touch with society. 
• He's never been to a grocery store in his life and wipes his tears with wads of cash. Would also kiss Elon Musk's boots if he asked.
• ALTERNATIVELY, due to the way I designed him, he could be a rich guy involved with the mafia. Underneath his suit are tattoos to show what gang he's part of.
