OTA's Ownership

COPYRIGHTS AND USE:

I own the rights to the drawings I made of the adopt. I'm free to use my art and post it so future clients will be able to see them.

I will never claim the character as my own, but you are obliged to credit me for the design at least once somewhere visible, if you upload the character to a website (Ex. Toyhouse) credit me for the design and also other images I might've made of said character for you as part of an agreement.

THE DESIGNS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial use can have a cost of up to 6x or more over the original price, this must be discussed with me beforehand and is NOT to be taken for granted. Legal actions can be taken if caught using my designs in any way for monetary profit without having paid commercial usage. 

YOU CAN'T use or depict this character in any sort of media (drawn or spoken) in extreme fetishist situations or partaking in illegal activities (ex. Scat, Rape, Necrophilia, Pedophilia, etc) or expressing any sort of hate speech/discrimination towards a group of people (ex. Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Ableism, etc.).

Don't crop or draw over the images with the intention of removing my watermark.

RESELLING, TRADING AND MODIFYING: You're allowed to resell, trade and change the design, however it cant be sold for a higher price than bought unless sold along with art you commissioned from other artists. The design’s new owner is also to follow these terms and credit me as due. 

DESIGNS OBTAINED THROUGH RAFFLES/DTAs CAN'T BE SOLD unless they have extra art with proof of cost, trying to sell designs like these for money will result in blacklisting and block.
