As part of The Phobia Project, the person once known as [REDACTED] was changed. Their skin was turned into an inky substance, and their face is now made up mostly of many pairs of eyes. These eyes are capable of acting independantly of each other. Due to their greatly enhanced sight and cold nature, OMMETAPHOBIA was established as Night Security, often found patrolling the hallways of the facility and keeping watch over the newer staff and experiments. During the day, they're found in the Pharmacy, where one can acquire medicine and other items, due to their background in pharmaceuticals prior to taking part in The Phobia Project. They appear to only take orders from [REDACTED] and/or [REDACTED], and almost never speak- some even wonder if they're even capable of speech anymore.
THE PHOBIA PROJECT is a classified, secret project led by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Through a series of experiments, those who participate are turned into their greatest phobias, for the sake of [REDACTED].
