Its notes time and surprisingly I have nothing much to ramble about her compared to her siblings so LETS GO:

• Youngest child of 4, Eugene is Wriolette's final child and literally is the most innocent, babby, who can do no evil, AND IS NOT TRAUMATIZED (I am legally obligated not to give her OC trauma) YAY! Born when her parents *finally got their shit together* so unlike all her older siblings who had to endure trauma and childhood abuse, Eugene experienced none of that and out of all the kids- She loves her parents the most and both equally.
  
  
• Sheltered Christian kid vibes- Eugene is so innocent, she doesn't know trauma and suffering and the people of Fontaine and Teyvat as a whole see's her as a symbol of purity and innocence because SHE'S THAT BABBY AND CUTE- However is rather clueless on things sometimes as she was raised sheltered not because her parent's wanted her too- But out of her own choices, wanting to stay in her homeland just so she can be with her parents and family, is heavily attached to both Neuvi and Wrio (somehow she can be in the Fortress of Meropide and maintain her innocence- Probably because she is confined to only her father's office and Wrio must be with her at all times.)
  
  
• Works as a Gold Level Courier for the Komaniya Express and specifically specializes in Fontaine deliveries (and is their Fontaine Delegate- Despite her age she is very good at debates and negotiations and uses her cuteness to her advantage) so she can work a part time job, earn money for herself and the family plus she is one of the few couriers who can make deliveries underwater (As her bag is designed to be fully waterproof and hold packages of any size- Like a pocket dimension?) . She is very much beloved in the Komaniya Express and the job also allows her to travel a bit.
  
  
• Despite LITERALLY HAVING NO CAPABILITES FOR HATING PEOPLE... (and partially lacks stranger danger- She is very extremely friendly and open for friendships so long as you don't come off as scary from the get go, even if you are manipulating her. Even if you are evil though she can't legit hate you even if she doesn't like you and condone the evil done.) -
  
  
• ...There is one person in the entire world that she actually hates and it's Kirara, a rival coworker who constantly chases her around and they get into petty fights. Eugene is actually afraid of Kirara (like cat and fish vibes) and Kirara is afraid that Eugene with her entire persona is going to steal her position in the Komaniya Express, Eugene competing with her for the highest title.
  
  
• Best swimmer out of all of the kids and specializes in swimming- However is clumsy on land and tends to trip and fall easily, her walk is notably weird and unique (as she almost waddles like a penguin walking, was late to learn how to walk as she was often held as a baby a little too often) so she's incapable of walking like a normal person, and she get's exhuasted easily running. In the water she is speedy, graceful and is the best for navigating the waters plus seems to have no energy limit swimming, defs besties with Freminet.
