BLACKLIST:

- celestrai (TH/dA/elsewhere)
quick tos tl;dr:
all characters need to be uploaded as their own character. breaking of this rule is strictly not allowed. a pet is its own character. twins are their own characters. twins must go together if I strictly sell/market them as such.
you cannot trade/sell/gift any of my designs to blacklisted users.
my noncs designs:
resell, gifting, trading: ok
redesigning as much as you want: ok
commercial usage: ok but must credit me
nsfw/gore: ok if character is 18+ / adulthood equivalent if using a different aging system. must be properly flagged.
angellite species designs:
resell: ok for bought/traded for designs
gifting/trading: ok
redesigning: ok
converting out of species: ok for bought designs. NOT ALLOWED FOR RAFFLE DESIGNS.

quick blacklisted tl;dr:
they can keep their current designs I made, however, if they try to obtain my designs after being blacklisted, I will blacklist anyone who trades or sells my designs to them once made aware.
blacklisted users that have purchased a P2U base before being blacklisted can still use the base, but are NOT allowed to use it for trades/comms/gifts for others. they must ALWAYS credit me for the base, as ALL users are supposed to.
