Hawthorne is fairly intelligent, having gathered plenty of knowledge from books he’s studied extensively, but lacks actual adventuring experience outside of theory and what little remains from his youth. He wears his heart on his sleeve and even if he knows better than to open his mouth, his face generally gives away exactly how he really feels about what’s going on. He wants to do good but doesn’t always know the best way to go about it.

• Grew up in New Wellington with his father, mother, uncle, and one younger sister.
• Enrolled in the Thimbleberry Branch of the Brogden School of Magic to focus on druidic studies, specifically in channeling it through song.
• His biggest goal in life is to heal the world of the Palehollow. He is unsure of exactly how to do this, but hopes by discovering more about it that he can eventually figure out how to destroy it and help those who have been harmed by it.
