Blacklist: Available in my Trello or Discord Server! DESIGN TOS: My designs can be resold for their original worth + $$ value of any art added. This rule is in place to help mitigate price-gouging, as it became a serious issue with my designs in 2021+. I do not have a "trade lock" system - traded designs can be sold following the same rules. Gifted designs cannot be sold. The original value of the design + $$ value of any art added. The original value of my design can almost ALWAYS be found in the ownership tab on Toyhouse! Once you own a design of mine, you're more than welcome to redesign it! However, I do not allow edits of any kind to my artwork, including: draw-overs, tracing, color-shifting etc. Redesigns and edits should be made on new lines/artwork. Please keep the original file somewhere in their Toyhouse - even if it's hidden/private. If redesigns are unrecognizable from the original adopts design, I do ask that you separate the redesign into it's own toyhouse profile - this part isn't a rule, just a polite request! ❤️ You won't get in trouble if you don't, it just helps me organize stuff better Do NOT delete toyhouse profiles. Hiding them is fine, but deleting makes it impossible for me to track my designs and help with future disputes Do not separate alt palettes, "twin" designs, etc. If it was sold together, it stays together. I do not allow co-owns or duplicate Toyhouse profiles for my designs and (as of 2/12/2022) I have not approved/verified any Toyhouse profiles for my designs that were not created by myself. I do not allow my art to be used commercially! You're more than welcome to make stickers, VRC/SL mods, keychains etc featuring the design (like if you commission some art or commercial use, or draw your own); just don't use my artwork for it! ❤️ NFTs and AI bullshit are a hard no, always. You can make my designs into fursuits, idm!
