• Rose is albino, so he tends to be pinkish-red around his eyes, nose, and limbs, and white on extremeties.

• He has saddle feathers on his back like a chicken.

• Usually cheery but with a bit of a sly look about him.

About

The son of the Dilophosaurus Lord, Rose is a socially important and well-liked Dilo. He's social and affable, though he tends to spend most of his time indoors or in the shade to protect his delicate skin. When heatwaves hit the desert, he makes a trip to the coasts until they pass.

Which is how he met River, and now the two have a playful and flirty relationship, though never seeming to become anything more. He hangs out with her crew when he's waiting out heatwaves, though he doesn't really understand the lifestyle and hates the water.
