Nikuchi is a Category 4 Kaiju on the Serizawa Scale. While her anatomy makes her slightly awkward on land she is exceptionally fast and dangerous in the water and the air. Her signature trait is her ability to devour and digest anything. If something is too large to fit in her mouth she'll start to secrete venom from her tail maw, which will corrode and liquify what it comes in contact with, allowing her to slowly break down and consume even skyscrapers. Her digestive system is aggressive and efficient, making it so that she's rarely ever full. Despite this she can still survive without food for a couple of weeks before feeling any ill effects.
