Do ya need that fixed?
Neura is as much of a prankster as it is extremely helpful. It tends to have a habit of confusing the ones around it, pulling a little prank and shocking others, and then turning around to help someone with an electricity issue. If someone is having any form of electricity issue, whether it be their home's power going out, a signal not being sent through the radios properly, or anything like that, Neura is the one for the job, able to tap into any kind of electronic and help pull whatever's going on out of the system.
Neura appeared out of nowhere through a glitched dimensional tear, but once it proved harmless to the inhabitants, they all welcomed it with open arms, asking it to be a part of their town and living with them and just enjoying life in the new dimension it stumbled into. At first, it was a little taken aback buy all of the welcoming faces, but seeing how calm and happy everyone was, it decided it would stay. Now it plays harmless pranks and solves electrical issues where needed.
