Bluey

Bluey would have been known as exp 74 had the lab not forgotten about him when all the human’s disappeared before they could complete his modifications. Luckily the goop escaped its confinement in the basement and broke him out of his suspended animation tank before he could drown in the fluid. Bluey was left with a share of scars from broken glass, unfinished modifications and early days of navigating the wreckage of the lab alongside the goop, he would gather what food he could find for the goop till it was strong enough to make minions to make them venture out of the lab to collect recourses. 

Once the goop had created its minions it put Bluey in charge of leading them to recourses and working on freeing it from the lab. The cats living in the forest avoided the minions and considered Bluey a big scary villain in charge of them, cats tended to be scared of him for his tall stance and scars when in actuality he is a smol baby with sass and a friend in need of saving.
