Aften (grey, m) and Dni (yellow, f) are a set of fused twins, changing color depending on which head is in control of the body
They're unique, with no other creature on their world existing quite like them ▎Stand 3'4" at the shoulder ▎Their paws aren't as mobile as human hands, but have more dexterity than your average animal ▎Each of the twin's bodies has its own set of organs that need tending to separately. If Aften has a stomachache, Dni will not ▎Physical wounds may carry over to the other twin's body when control is switched, but they also may not. What dictates when this happens is unclear ▎A twin can force themselves into control of the body, but this feels very disorienting and unpleasant for the one who was steering. It's much more polite to offer the swap as a mental suggestion. In which case, if the one in control accepts, the swap is a seamless transition ▎If Aften sleeps, but Dni does not, she will grow tired later as one twin cannot sleep for both ▎The twin in control can function as normal if the other is sleeping. If done correctly, this can allow them to be awake 24/7
