By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to follow these terms of service. Failure in complying may result in a blacklist or warning. General TOS 1. There is a three day cooldown between date of purchase and redesigns by me before the design's ownership can be transferred. 2. You are allowed to redesign and make original/CS AUs of my design. For closed species imports, you must have a slot and follow the TOS of the species. You must keep the original design in the gallery and credit appropriately. 3. Commercial rights: Please contact me on toyhouse or deviantart 4. Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist. Trade/Sell/Gifting TOS 1. Designs traded without currency (even if originally bought from auction/OTA/etc) may not be resold. 2. Do not sell designs for a higher price than bought for without extra art. 3. Gifted designs may not be traded up or resold without extra art. (Originally bought in an auction/OTA/etc, gifted to someone else) 4. Customs/designs obtained from trades or gifts may not be resold (without monetary commissions) Raffle Design TOS 1. Free raffle designs may not be traded or gifted without extra art 2. They may not be resold without permission, even with extra art 3. You may regift, and only trade with extra art
