My TOS is fairly simple: once I trade or sell a design, it no longer belongs to me. I do not hold authority over what you do with it or how you depict the character. The only exceptions to this would be to promote IRL terrorist groups (Nazi, KKK etc) or illegal paraphilias (I better not see them flying a MAP/Pedophile or Zeta/ZooPride flag).

I will not revoke designs. If they are stolen/resold by another person without ownership, and I will attempt to reach out first to confirm & discuss before taking action. I find the concept of character revokes repulsive and I do not wish to do business with anyone who does it.

I do not do public blacklists unless I consider the person an active threat to others (Ex: stalking, physical violence, harm to children & animals. Must have proof). Even if you’re blocked, if you obtained the character from me or someone else, I consider that fair game. 

You can Resell/Retrade for whatever you see fit! But please don’t buy just to resell (I understand falling out of attachment entirely though).

I am happy to discuss commercial usage, but please inform me & we can work something out!
