By receiving any characters/artwork from me you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

Redesign the character you receive from me.
Do anything you want with the character as it is now yours. You can use them in worlds, stories, make physical items, etc.
Use my art offsite as long as credit is provided via one of these socials: 'enigmacore' on Toyhou.se or 'enigmacxre' on Instagram.
Use my designs for commercial use as long as it isn't my art that's being used.
Sell my designs for equal value. Value can be increased ONLY when there is extra monetary value (your own or commissioned art, for example).
Please let me know if you have any questions! I'd be happy to answer them or provide clarity if need be!

Use my designs to promote hate speech/propaganda or any other problematic views (pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.).
Use my designs/artwork for cryptocurrency/blockchain (NFTS) or artificial intelligence (AI).
Repost my art anywhere without credit or claim it as your own.
Resell my designs for higher value than what they are worth.
Resell any freebie/raffle characters as you have obtained them for free! You may only resell when extra value has been added on via art or other works.
Please do not delete my designs off of Toyhouse or trade them to anyone off-site! If you want to be rid of that character that bad, then just return them to me.
