heya here are my tos!! im gonna word this kinda like a faq so its easier to find the info you need !! im dyslexic so apologies if any misspellings!

do not Use my personal art for merchandise please do not profit off off MY art,,, now the character is yours! If you do something to sell or whatnot please try to give me some sort of credit for the design,,, but use YOUR art of them not mine please
do not reuplode a character! If something happens for whatever reason and it needs to happen, please come to me and I will reuplode it for you,, now I need some sorta proof that it needs to happen and it’s not a “I traded and wanted back and they wouldn’t “ type thing
2. WHAT IF I WANT TO AUTH MY CHARACTER?

It would be highly appreciated if you were to give me a key to the character if you plan to auth them,, you can auth me as well but that’s alot for some so a key is just fine!
3. WHAT ABOUT OUTDATED ART? CAN I HIDE IT?

- please don’t hide my art,, if you redesign a character you got from me and don’t want it there please make it into a tab or something,,,I understand not wanting an old design in the main gallery for references! just please don’t hide my artwork it is very hurtfull to me :(
4. CAN I CO-OWN?

You can co-own! please contact me when it comes too it, just so i can keep track of how many profiles said character has so i know its being co-owned and not stolen!!
if you or other people co-owning disconects, please merge all the art into one profile, only put ONE profile ufo!!! do not put multiple ones ufo ! you can look for other co-owners of course but if all parties disconnect please only put one profile ufo and delete the others, again merge all art to one so no art is lost
5. WHAT DO I DO IF I DISCONNECT OR DONT WANT THEM ANYMORE?

there are a few things you can do!!
you could send them back to me if you would like i dont mind!
you can put them ufo!, if you got them for free i would rather you give for free if you didnt add any art or like give them a code or story or what not
i would rather you not donate to freebie shelters,,, mostly because most of them dont get properly handed out to people who want them!! i would rather you give them to me then a freebie shelter
you can sale or resale, do not sell for more then worth unless added arts please! and that being said if you got for free and all you added was a sketchy ass doodle please do not sell for more than 5$ for real thats just ew,,, i understand if you have somesort of a connection to them and cant see em going for free or for just art,, but please add a decent art before selling a freebie or a character you got for trade, or art!
6. CAN I REDESIGN?

Yes you can!! as long as it has some original aspects to the original! if you end up redesigning them to the point where it has no resemblance, please give the og design back and I will use it! This isn’t to be rude it’s just if you can’t pinpoint any details whatsoever that’s not a redesign that’s just a new character ,,, you can of course keep your new design just make them their own profile and transfer the of back to me please :3 or contact me and i will tranfer the credit to you and i will reuplode my design!
i say that because ive had someone change the character to the point where there was not one detail the same they changed everything but the gender,, skin , details, eyes, everything, i got that character back very easily and they were very nice about it!!! they kept their new character and i just transfered the character credit to them and reuploded my silly!
but dont be afraid to redesign i get it 100%! just make sure it resembles the original to an extent! and feel free to add yourself as a designer i dont mind one bit!!

7.CAN I MAKE A ALT FORM OR A TWIN ?

you sure can!! i would prefer you keep the alt within a split tab or anywhere on the proflie,,, if its absolutely nessasary to make it a seprate profile please make sure you mention its a alt to the chatacter i designed!
if you want to make them an identical twin i would also prefer if it where a split tab please! split tabs can have their own profile and you can move them in diffrent folders from another, i have twin characters like this and its very easy to navigate so it shouldnt be too much of a bother,, also please again be sure to credit me for the twin,triplet, ect ect design as well in some way even if split tab!
8.CAN I MAKE THE CHARACTER AN ALT FORM TO A PRE-EXISTING DESIGN?

you sure can! ive had a freind do this before :3 please contact me <3
you could simpley just label it as "name's, alt form" the method below is just for people who want to keep it on one profile
or you can make a split tab, I will add the art/s. To said tab and you will make me the creator of the tab! Then I will add the original profile of said character profile to a closed section of my account :3
Please note that even if it’s an alt form my tos still applies,, what I mean is that if you sell the whole character including my design as the alt,,, please only sell for the full price,, What I mean is that if you got the alt form (my design) for free, but the original one is worth a bit,,, please do not add on added money value for mine unless you bought it, or it has a few decent artworks!
9. WHAT IF I DISCONNECT TO THE ALT FORM, OR YOU GOT TRADED THE CHARACTER AND DO NOT WANT THE ALT, OR WANT TO SEPARATE IT IN GENERAL

either a, you uplode all the art into a new character and credit me as the designer and delete the split tab that the character was attached to,, and you can keep or put ufo of what it was worth and added worth (if you dont have that info i can tell you),,, you could give it back if you would like
or i can do that for you just transfer all of the arts too the new profile i make, then ill send it back to you if you still want it

10. NSFW RULES

You can draw nsfw if you have any questions reguarding this please ask!!
here are what kinds you cant draw! ,,,,absolutley no r4pe, feral nsfw, minor nsfw, proship, weightgain like fetish weight gain, vore,poop,cnc aka r4pe pretty much, nothing romanticizing a disorder or disability ,, age play acting like a child,, saying mommy and daddy is ok but not acting as a child is a no thats borderline pedo >:(,,,,, no incest! uhrm dm and ask if not sure i suppose?
please tag your nsfw,,, ive seen way to many people not tag nsfw a child does not need to see that!! and alot of adults dont like seeing it either!!
do not give a minor a character with nsfw! please mention its 18+ when trading
11. CAN I MAKE MY CHARACTER EVIL/PROBLAMATIC?

as long as you dont romaticize them,, having shit characters for lore/story is ok but do not act like they are the best person to exist you must play into them that they are shit!! you can write about their violence but dont try and say its ok,, not all villans are bad of course but if you wanna make em evil make sure its very clear that they are vile and not good!!!
example "he killed 1000 kids, he is awful he did it for no good reason" things like that is ok but,,, "he killed 1000 kids, but its ok because hes baby girl and they deserved it" things like that is NOT OK dont wanna see nothing along the lines of that!
12. CAN I DRAW GORE AND VENT ART?

absolutly!!! absolutely no romaticzing anthing tho! if its a really sad vent with a harmfull meaning, please do not make it seem like the harm is ok ! and please properly tag those things they can affect people and younger kids like crazy so lets try not to do that !! please put a warning!!
