Jolly - 30s - Male (He-Him) - Gengar

A mischievous gengar who works as a ghost-for-hire. He'll haunt any person or location you want - for a small fee, of course. For some reason, he seems to have a third eye on his forehead. Rumor has it he got it doing some illegal stuff that goes against the laws of the universe, or whatever. Who knows? It's not like he's the most trustworthy person.

He has a whole story, I just need to get the motivation to write and post it lol
