Design Terms of Use
- Cualquier Custom o Adopt mío puede ser regalado o Tradeado a libertad del cliente una vez comprado.
- La reventa del Adopt es posible pero solo en la misma moneda (real o ficticia) y monto exacto al cual se ha comprado. El valor inicial puede aumentar si se le consigue arte extra por el cual se ha pagado (por misma moneda y monto)
- Solo pasaré mis adopts por Toyhouse en una carpeta que no se podrá eliminar después de comprado ni tampoco las imágenes originales (Mi diseño y referencia) ni los créditos.
- Se permite rediseñar (especialmente hablando de outfit) pero preferiría si no se alejase tanto del original que ya perdiesen el mínimo parecido.
- Este TOS está en la misma carpeta en la que pasaré el adopt por Toyhouse, hacer el favor de leerlo y respetar las normas sin importar quien sea el nuevo propietario del Adopt.
-PLEASE If you transfer any of my adopts or customs specify the reason while doing the transfer (which coin and exact amount, gift, trade, etc) as it's the ONLY way I know my TOS is being followed!
-Any of my adopts and customs can be gifted or traded after the clients buys it.
-When you receive an adopt or custom by me either if it’s in a bid or in another way I’ll only wait 48 hours to receive a response and the full payment, after this time I’ll cancel the comission and/or character transfer and the user will go to my blacklist, being unable to get anything from me either directly or inderectly.
- Reselling an Adopt or Custom is possible but only for the same currency (real or fictional) and exact amount for what you bought it for. The initial price can be raised only if the character has extra art and only for the same currency and amount you paid with. You can resell the adopt/custom for a lower amount that you got it but never going above it unless you get extra paid art (requests or your own art do not count) for the same currency and only raising the exact same amount you spent on it.
-I’ll only send my Adopts via Toyhouse and the original folder and the drawings (my design and ref) cannot be deleted or hidden, neither the credits.
- Redesign is possible (Specially outfit-wise) but I’d preffer if it wasn’t so far from the original any resemblance is lost. This does NOT mean that you can edit, crop or alter my original drawings in any way, shape or form. If you want to redesign it you either ask for someone else to make the drawing for you or you draw it yourself.
-All my adopts and customs are for personal use only. Any kind of commercial use is prohibited.
-I accept holds for ac/USD/ARS or another coin for a week. Hold for Art is only for 2 weeks. After the time passes if I haven’t received the payment or Art the adopt or custom will be on sale again.
-You can only resell/trade/gift my adopts or customs through Toyhouse with people who have a Toyhouse account.
-This TOS is in the same folder than the Toyhouse folder, please read it and respect the rules no matter who’s the new owner of the character.
-Do NOT trade/gift/sell any of my designs to the users in my blacklist. If you ever break this rule you will be added to the list too.
